Request the right documents at the right stage

Document availability, revision, language, and product identity should be checked before qualification, ordering, and shipment.

Review inputs

What should be clear before selection

  • SDS supports hazard communication, handling, storage, and transport review
  • TDS describes product characteristics, uses, and supplier guidance
  • COA or batch records report product-specific test results where available

Different documents answer different questions

An SDS is not a performance specification, a TDS is not a batch certificate, and a COA does not replace application validation. Review each document for its intended purpose.

Make a precise document request

State the exact product, grade, supplier reference, destination, required language, purpose, and any customer format. Confirm that documents match the offered product and current revision.

GHS, shelf life, and storage

Use the current supplier SDS and label information for hazard communication. Confirm unopened shelf life, storage temperature, handling conditions, and any transport classification for the specific product.

Practical questions

Can SDS, TDS, and COA documents be provided before ordering?

Availability depends on the product and supplier. Tell us which product or reference grade you are evaluating, and we will confirm which current documents can be shared during the quotation process.

Is GHS hazard information available for industrial chemicals?

Where applicable, hazard communication should be based on the current supplier SDS and product classification. Destination-market labelling or language requirements must be confirmed for each shipment.

Send the details behind your requirement

Share the application, product reference, documents, quantity and destination currently available.
